Had the Nasogastric tube removed yesterday, although I was a little apprehensive if it would help with the Phlegm issue and swallowing it had a major effect? Not a lot to report. No real change from yesterday. Last night sleep was a challenge. Tomorrow he will have the doctors appointment to assess healing of wound.

Spiros is a little better today. Talking is easier but still hurts. The pain and discomfort is still there. He is getting plenty of sleep which is really helping. Still no visitors today, but hopefully tomorrow evening he will be well enough to see people.
