Spiros has turned a corner and it looks like he is finally on the mend. He is getting out of bed and is looking to move from liquids to mushy food tomorrow. He is swallowing a little and has gotten some good sleep. He is still in pain, and having morphine to help, and gets sore towards the time Meds  are due again. Visitors are welcome from tomorrow (Sat) between 11am & 1pm or 3pm & 5.30pm after that he goes through some medications which makes it not practical to be there. Let me know if you are thinking of visiting and when – just do he doesn’t end up with 10 people at once. Also, as he is still only saying a few words, if you are visiting make sure you have some entertaining stories to share! 

Some people have asked if they can send stuff, we are all ok for stuff but if you want to send to hospital before Tuesday:   St Vincents hospital, level 10. Otherwise to home
